A wonderful property! It has everything you'd expect and more: the lodge is very nice and well equipped with quality furniture and antiques. I had a single room with shared bathroom. The room was small but certainly adequate for a single traveller and the facilities throughout the lodge are modern and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found the common area very useful and worth it just for the fabulous view across Queenstown and the Remarkables from the balcony! Great location - walking distance from restaurants, pubs, shops and info services.

The property offers self-service check-in and check-out facilities. Each room is an independent space equipped with an electronic code lock. Some bathrooms are shared among the property.

Great set up, well thought out by the owners with the extra shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. Bed was so big and comfy which allowed for a relaxed stay. Leo the cat was super friendly and welcoming. great neighbourhood. The place was clean and tidy and also private. Having a private entry and exit was great. Lots of storage place for your belongings and was nice and quiet. Ina and Omid had great, clear communication, quick replys to messages and made you feel welcomed during the whole stay with information messages of where you can eat and go etc.

We had a wonderful time. Wendy and David were very kind and taught us a lot about New Zealand. The hotel facilities had a lovely atmosphere, and the starry sky we saw from the hot tub at night was the best hotel experience I've ever had. David's breakfast was also delicious, and I can't wait to see Coco again...
