Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

Einfach ALLES ist bei einem Aufenthalt in der EcoLodge perfekt! Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück weil wir die 3 Nächte mit den Besitzern Fred und seiner Frau Sook Peng alleine in der Lodge waren und den Strand und die süße Anlage ganz für uns hatten. Dreimal täglich wurden wir von Sook Peng bekocht - sie ist eine außergewöhnlich fantastische Köchin. Die Zimmer sind sehr süß und mit Stil eingerichtet, das Bad ist sehr hell und ebenfalls wunderschön. Es gibt wirklich nichts das wir bemängeln könnten!

Das The Last Frontier Boutique Resort begrüßt Sie auf einem 100 m langen Hügel mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet Kinabatangan. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Firstly the staff were the nicest bunch of people, who genuinely care that the guests have a great trip, and are passionate about the environment and the wildlife. Secondly, this is the only place in the area actually inside the jungle, rather than on the river. And that matters because you're much more likely to see an Orang utan in the wild staying here. We were lucky enough to see one, and the guys running the place were overjoyed for us. It was a truly breathtaking moment. And we saw monitor lizards and Hornbills causally wandering/ flying around. The guys running the place could not do enough for us. Also the food was great, and included. Travel is quite a hobby for me, I have been travelling the world regularly for over 30 years now and I have stayed in a lot of places, from luxury hotels to eco-resorts etc. This rates as high as any experience I have had anywhere. I wish there were more places run this well and with this much passion in the world.

Man kann gut zu Fuss zu den Orang-Utans laufen, ca 1 km. Auch zum Rainforest Discovery Centre ist es nicht weit. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hat für uns kurzfristig eine Tour mit Fussfahrt in den Regenwald gebucht. Tolles Frühstück. Netter Pool zum Abkühlen und Relaxen.

Die Unterkunft Maglami-lami Water House mit Meerblick in Semporna bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Restaurant. Everything was perfect – from our stunning sea-view room to the warm, welcoming staff who made us feel at home. Waking up to that turquoise water every morning was magical! The food was fresh and tasty, with lots of variety. We loved the island hopping and snorkeling – swimming with turtles and exploring vibrant reefs was unforgettable. Relaxing, beautiful, and full of adventures – we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to return.

Die Unterkunft Tampat do Aman befindet sich in Kudat und bietet kostenloses WLAN. Gäste genießen einen Garten, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant. Bei unsere Reise quer durch Sabah waren wir 4 Nächte bei Howard. Die Unterkunft gibt einem genau das was man erwartet! Kein Luxus dafür das einfache Leben. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, Howard hat uns jeden Tag an die Strände gefahren an die wir wollten, abends hat er uns dann wieder abgeholt. Für kleines Geld gabs noch ein sehr einfaches Frühstück on top. An einem Tag nahm uns Howard und seine Familie mit auf eine lokalen Markt, dieser war wirklich Lokal, keine Touristen! Howard hat uns aufgeklärt über die Historie der Rungus Menschen und hat uns alle Fragen zur Kultur beantwortet! Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen!
