The lodges are extremely comfortable, blending beautifully with the surrounding nature, creating a perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. And let’s not forget the amazing breakfast—every morning, we were treated to fresh, delicious food, making it the perfect way to start the day. Ococoloco Ecolodge is a true hidden gem where nature, comfort, and exceptional service come together to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious every single morning. The posada is run by a lovely couple who rescue dogs and cats, and for me, being surrounded by them was truly therapeutic. The staff is incredibly attentive. On two separate occasions, they accommodated special requests for us—such thoughtful gestures that make a stay feel genuinely special. The barracas staff treated us as family A heartfelt, warm, and unforgettable place. We would return without hesitation.
