With garden views, Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge is located in San Ignacio and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable! Tours through the hotel were very easy to set up and guides were great! Bar/ restaurant was very good! We didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we’d liked since it was raining and we had to leave early but everything that we did see was just as perfect as the pictures online show

Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge’s accommodations are air conditioned, offer wardrobes and private bathrooms with showers. The chalet also has a dining area and a terrace.

The Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge offers panoramic views of the rural landscape, and is surrounded by a creek, rivers and forests. The use of kayaks is free of charge. The location, facilities & the staff were terrific! Sleeping Giant Resort is located right off beautiful Humming Bird Hwy, not that far from Belmopan, close to Herman's Cave & The Blue Hole. I believe the whole resort & development covers 500 acres, so it feels like you are in your own world! We loved the bikes, hiking trails, bridges, lookout tower, animals (poultry, peacocks, sheep, horses, bunnies, turtles, birds), river/tubing, outdoor wood-fire pizza dining area, restaurants, pools, gardens, sitting areas, large rooms, everything was bonus! We felt like celebrities lol, all the staff was amazing, friendly, kind, so helpful! The higher price justified the inclusions & amenities. We came during low season & stayed in Riverview room #5, so it was a great value. We loved everything about this place & can't wait to return! Thank you <3

Located 3.5 km from Cahal Pech, Yumas Riverfront Lodge offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

The lodge provides a barbecue.

El Pilar is 19 km from Yumas Riverfront Lodge, while Barton Creek Cave is 25 km away. Our bungalow at Yuma's Riverfront Lodge was gorgeous! Beautiful, modern design, luxurious bedding, spacious bathroom with rain shower, stocked bar fridge & snacks, and incredible rainforest views from our private deck. The new pool was very refreshing, and home-cooked breakfast served at their outdoor kitchen before our daily adventures was amazing! Our stay highly exceeded our expectations for the price - it was glorious for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). We used Xplore Inland Tours for three adventures near San Ignacio / Santa Elena: (1) Guided Moutain Pine Ridge Tour (including a visit to Rio Frio Cave, then a traditional Belizian picnic lunch, and a stop to swim in pools and waterfalls at Rio On Pools); (2) Guided Cave Tubing at Nohoch Che'en; and (3) Horseback Riding under the rainforest canopy along a beautiful river. This is a smaller, family-run tour operator that gave us private tours for a better price that huge tour operators with giant groups. Best of both worlds - our guides were amazing and we got such personalized service! They even picked us up and dropped us off at Yuma's Riverfront Lodge each day, instead of us having to find our own way into San Ignacio. Perfect! 10/10

With mountain views, Banana Bank Lodge & Jungle Horseback Adventures is located in Belmopan and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Free WiFi is provided.

Cahal Pech is 43 km from the lodge, while Barton Creek Cave is 44 km away. Here’s a polished and engaging travel review for Banana Bank Lodge: A True Gem of Hospitality and Community My stay at Banana Bank Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine care. The staff couldn’t do enough for me—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this place apart. What makes Banana Bank Lodge extraordinary isn’t just its breathtaking surroundings or the comfort it offers, but the passion and heart that go into every aspect of it. The owner is a true gentleman, going above and beyond to share the incredible history of the lodge and the meaningful work he and his wife have dedicated themselves to. This is far more than just a lodge or farm; it’s a living testament to their deep-rooted commitment to the land, the people, and the culture. Their philosophy is evident in every detail—from their respect for nature to their efforts in uplifting the local community. They don’t just run a business; they are actively making a positive impact wherever possible. It’s a shining example of how tourism can be a force for good, blending sustainability, hospitality, and cultural enrichment. Thank you, Banana Bank Lodge, for an unforgettable experience. I left not just with wonderful memories but with deep admiration for what you stand for. If you’re looking for a stay that’s more than just a vacation—a place that truly touches the heart—this is it. Highly recommended! Micheal 🇮🇪

With garden views, Hidden Valley Wilderness Lodge is situated in San Ignacio and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Hidden Valley proved idyllic for my wife and me. The location, high up in the Mayo Mountains, is unique, with endless picturesque trails that take you to beautiful waterfalls and clear blue pools where you can swim to cool off, all the time surrounded by a huge variety of colourful birds. The accommodation couldn’t be better, well furnished with comfortable beds and good hot showers. The food is superb, the coffee perfect, and the staff friendly and helpful, with a commendable approach to conservation and nature.
