Everything was great. We got a wonderful room with a nice view to ser one of the beautiful mountains. It was very clean and comfortable.
After a couples of hours after we had checked out I received a mail that I forgotten a pair of pants and a shirt in wardrobe.
Catherine arranged everything with USP so I will get my cloths in Vancouver, before I am leaving for Europe. Catherine, once again, thank for all your help!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good, clean and user-friendly accommodation with kitchenette. A great alternative to paying extortionate prices in Banff. We strongly recommend!

Just 1 km from Lake Louise, Paradise Lodge and Bungalows offers spacious lodge rooms and fully equipped cabins. The property is surrounded by gardens which include a barbecue and a playground.

What a beautiful place and the cabin was so wonderfuly equipped, even with toiletries! The kids loved it and loved the playground outside. We were really sad to leave.

Paradise Bungalows is an idyllic pittoreske and peaceful mountain resort. It is truly a treasure in the busy and touristic area of Lake Louise. It really exceeded our expectations. It will be a memory for a lifetime. Kudos to all the staff who were exceptionally kind and helpful. One of the best lodge experiences ever. Thank you Paradise Bungalows !!

Elkhorn Lodge is lovely accommodation with great character in a beautiful peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Katrin sent us excellent directions to the property and there is plenty of parking on site. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very spacious with areas to sit outside in the garden. When we arrived JP was working on the finishing touches of the Outdoor Tub which is in a lovely situation.
