The location in the Swiss alps is beyond stunning, and the welcome was very friendly, with beautiful food both in the evening and at breakfast time. The whole property was comfortable, full of character, and warm. The footpath up to Casa Ristorante Belvedere from the train station can be challenging with bags, particularly if arriving after dark, but is well worth it. Highly recommended.

He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!

Super comfortable, well equipped apartment, centrally located in Pontresina (we just went out every morning for a walk to be greeted by the ibex in the Steinbock Promenade!)

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff and clean cozy environment. They made beyond our expectations during the snowed and power failure in zermatt.
