Really great host. It is a lodge, not a hotel, but if you understand that, then you see the beauty. Location is beautiful, and it is reasonably well positioned for exploring Torres del Paine, but car is essential. While power and wifi are off during the night, there is mobile phone signal, so if you really have to be connected during the night, get yourself a good plan.

The staff were fantastic. They allowed us early access to our room, were very warm and friendly, and language difficulties were no barrier. Lovely surroundings, and lots to observe. Enjoyed meeting 6 friendly cats and la Lola the border collie who also wanted to play. Peaceful location, attentive staff who looked after us very well. Meals lovely and ample. The lady who served our meals was particularly friendly and caring. Hugs to all, a real highlight of our time in Patagonia. Thank you.

Overall, we had a great stay at Riverline Lodge and it was a good base for visiting Torres del Paine, without paying the high prices to stay in the park. The dining options are very limited in Cerro Castillo, fortunately the dinner offered here was quite good and reasonably priced. The staff were very kind and helpful, including offering hiking recommendations, helping us dry out wet camping gear and arranging an early breakfast so that we could depart for a long hiking day.

The lodge is far more than my expectation. Spacious, clean and quiet, with all the facilities you need and you can cook by yourself. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. Comparing to the hotels in the national park, the price is really very good. Moreover, the lodge is close to the entrance to the park, which is only 5 minutes driving distance. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
