Communication with Raphäel was easy, available for all questions, and he and Paola are lovely hosts! We travlelled for our anniversary trip, part of the trip we started at this resort and it blew our mind. The Long Dream House was spectacular and staffs were very nice. Masai and Oner was always in our reach with any help. The whole resort was very nicely decorated and what amazed us most is the use of resources. The walk from our Long Dream House was not 8 minutes what they told me, it was over 20 minutes, but honestly they made the whole 20 minutes walk so enjoyable with fantastic decoration. Reusung toys for kids was a great option. And the most of all we went there from NYC, living in a real forest was like a life time experience. Highly recommend!
