A very nice hotel indeed. We were greeted very nicely the first day we arrived and while we were sorting out the paperwork for our room, we were served a traditional welcome drink. The rooms are very nice and have air conditioning and a fan, and all the other little things (shampoos, hairdryer, toothbrushes, etc.) are in the room. The restaurant next to the hotel has divinely good food and drink and is very reasonably priced. For 25€ we got 3 cocktails, each our own soup and main course. The employees are VERY friendly, they always cleaned the room very well. A perfect break in nature, as the hotel was very calm and the room had a beautiful view of the jungle, and even though the hotel was in the middle of the jungle, there were no animals in the room except an ant, which was our mistake because we left the chocolate open 🙃. We had a rented scooter and we could go to various activities from there.

Our Grasshoppers room was spacious, comfy bed, Netflix, hot shower, and the star of the show: an outdoor stone bathtub in the jungle – amaaazing! The infinity pool is gorgeous (yes, a bit chilly, but the view makes up for it). The whole place is tastefully decorated, wood and plants everywhere, with a super cozy restaurant/bar area. Food is delicious (don’t miss the fries & fried bananas!) and reasonably priced. What really makes this place stand out is the staff – the warmest, funniest, most genuine team ever. They make you feel like family, not just guests. Even the boss drops by personally. Peaceful jungle setting, breathtaking views, small and personal – simply perfect. And one last thing… See Dede, we did it! 😉

The location is convenient, 15 min from busy central ubud area. There you can find relaxation and chill. The apartment was a huge size, with 2 balconies with great views. Excellent customer service!! The property is tucked away among lush rice fields, yet only a few minutes from Ubud’s main attractions — the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The design blends modern comfort with traditional touches: spacious rooms, natural wood interiors, and large windows that open to breathtaking pool and rice fields. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and full of warmth.

Alles wunderschön! Das Personal, das Zimmer, das Frühstück - bestens und so freundlich! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Edges sind nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, es gibt einen Drop Off Point, wo man sich abholen lassen kann. Wir haben den Service nicht genutzt und haben den kleinen Fußweg durch die Reisfelder täglich toll gefunden. Mitten in der Natur und nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Einfach zu erreichen per Grab. :) Danke für die tolle Zeit!!

I’m not the type to easily leave good reviews; I was ready to give an excellent 3/5, but this family forced me to do otherwise. The accommodation is stunning. We had the rooms in the stilt house: the wooden structures are beautifully crafted, and the whole place is simply magnificent. Absolute peace and quiet. On top of that, we had the chance to meet the owners’ family, who were there for a few weeks. They are people who don’t cheat, extremely kind, and they treated us to a truly memorable evening in their company. They shared with us the full story behind their home and we had a deeply human conversation, rich with thousands of topics. I hope their children will remember, just as we will, that wonderfully spicy Chwazi 🌶️. My partner and I will never forget this experience, so powerful and intense it was. A thousand thanks to them ❤️

Loved having our own space. The place was very clean and away from the busy areas. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the main streets. Staff were very friendly and contactable if needed. Loved the villa.
