If i can give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i stay for 6 nights with my husband & kids. Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing fancy but everything was comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the lodge and it was very handy as finding restaurant availability in Hakuba can be a challenge during ski season. Most importantly the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. 2 out of our 4 snowboard bags went missing by our luggage delivery service. She made phone calls and got it all sorted. She was very gracious and worked through the language barrier. Above and beyond service!

A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. Was an amazingly cozy and comfortable stay in Echoland! 1. super convenient and easy walking distance to restaurants, bus station and ski rental place! 2. friendly and helpful local couple owns the place! Gave us a lift from the train station and to the bus station! 3. amazing private onsen super nice to soak in after a long day on the slopes, easy to book and clean!

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Very well located cabin close to the main Happo One gondola and situated in a peaceful area amongst trees. Toshi the host was exceptional and was very accommodating. He picked us up from the train station and continued to offer lifts throughout our stay. I would definitely return here, thanks for a great stay!

The location is perfect, just a short walk up to Goryu.The staff are amazing ,so easy to talk to and very helpful with everything.Pickup and dropoffs from train or bus station,Heru even booked our bus tickets to Nagano for us then drove us to 7/11 to pay. The osen downstairs is a joy after a long day skiing. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and could not be happier !
