The staff was fantastic!!!!!!, really enjoyed learning about all the amazing plants in the garden. The pool was beautiful and location serine and perfect. Loved waking up to the jungle sounds. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Can highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the area. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious, full of fresh and local flavors. Best place we’ve stayed in all of our travels around Asia!! We were welcomed with open arms and felt like part of the family! TuTu and his mum were so kind and generous as well as giving us great recommendations for things to do while we visited Galle. Location was perfect, out of the busy town but close enough to bike ride or get a local tuk tuk into either Galle or Unawatuna! The room was huge and the bed was so comfy! We chose the Sri Lankan breakfast which was delicious and filling! We didn’t want to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We initially planned a 4-day stay at Samalanka Boutique Hotel, but the captivating allure of this place made leaving impossible, extending our retreat to a full week. Located in a breathtaking locale, the warm hospitality from the staff, Malin (the manager), Sudeera and Sarath, made our experience exceptional. Malin treated us to a nutritious breakfasts featuring fresh fruits, omelet, bread, and spreads. The standout was the exceptional coffee, arguably the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, Pink Elephant in Unawatuna delivers meals promptly at reasonable prices. The option to use the kitchen for personal cooking is also available. Situated approximately three kilometers from Habaraduwa, the hotel provides easy access to essentials like Cargills, restaurants, and the beach. We opted for scooters from Easy Bike, but the staff is more than willing to arrange tuktuks for convenient transportation. For those seeking a relaxing escape in the South Province of Sri Lanka, we wholeheartedly recommend Samalanka Boutique Hotel!

Everything! The food was absolutely delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure you ask for sri lanka breakfast. The pool is a lovely area to relax and is a lovely temperature and the staff are always on hand for anything you need. Even going as far as getting suncream from the village and bringing us to our next destination. The room was perfect for what we needed. Small but comfortable. Had a nice shower, too. I would 100% recommend this to anyone

Really nice apartment directly at the sea with good air conditioning and wifi and a balcony with sea view! The breakfast was delicious and huge and there are several amazing, quiet beaches really close by. Sana was the most caring and lovely host! He organized a sunbed for free whenever I was asking for it, guided me around the area and had a lot of great hints and recommendations for my stay.

Couldn’t be better!! Room clean nice and big. Owner friendly and if you need help, just ask. They contacted us 1 day after we booked the room, if we need help. Location is perfect!!! The only thing is, the railway is next to the house. Could be loud, but if you go for surfing is like an alarm to wake up and move your body:)
