The owner was helpful in arranging a safari and for advising restaurants in the neighbourhood for take away (so we could it with the beautiful view). The sanitaire was clean.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Through the accommodation, we booked a full-day safari in the national park. We had a great jeep just for me, my wife, and our son. The driver was very accommodating, and we saw so much – including leopards (twice!), elephants, buffalos, crocodiles, birds, and more. It was absolutely amazing. After the safari, we enjoyed a barbecue at the resort, which was another unforgettable experience. Thank you – we definitely recommend this place!

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. I absolutely loved the setting, which had a view of the lake and, luckily, crocodiles!! The personnel were fantastic; they provided us complimentary beverages when we arrived and coffee the morning we left; they have always taken excellent care of us and beyond our expectations. They also offer a safari tour, which we took and it was great.

Situlpawwa is 15 km from the lodge, while Tissa Wewa is 19 km from the property. Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport is 35 km away. deep in the forest. Very special experience. Staffs were very nice and food was delicious.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy darts on site, or cycling in the surroundings. We had an exceptional stay at Tranquil Wild. The room was spotlessly clean, and the furniture was tastefully decorated. We were given a free room upgrade. The property's beautiful lake in front added to its charm. The Western and Sri Lankan food we enjoyed during our stay was outstanding. The owner of the property is very kind and personally ensures that guests are comfortable. She helped us book a Yala safari with a professional naturalist. We will definitely return. This property is a gem, and with the first-class service of the staff, there's no need to look further. We highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to visit Block 5 in Yala, as it is closer to Block 5.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. Great accomodation nearby the Yala National Park. The host organised the safari tour for us which was excellent (despite the heavy rain). Lunch and dinner were very good. The staff were attentive and responsive - I would definitely recommend staying here.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Very nicely designed property with excellent management. Beautiful open space and garden views from every spot especially the dining pavillion where the food is exceptional. Everything was perfect including the AC which was only needed during the daytime heat. Special thanks to Hadley for the sincere personal attention from beginning to end.

Our hosts were a lovely family, very kind and helpful - they were very flexible with our check in and check out, organised a safari trip for us and helped us in getting dinner. The experience is totally recommended, however beware that it’s out in the nature, so you get really immersed in it, there might be some bugs in your room when you wake up ;) no worries though, each bed is equipped with a mosquito net, so you can sleep peacefully with sounds of nature.
