There is a cute pool to relax in, and the A/C was working well. The host is very friendly, speaks English well, and has two adorable dogs.

The lodge offers a barbecue. The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Surrounded by tropical vegetation and gardens, it offers charming bungalows with mahogany interiors, ethnic ceramics and wood carvings. Amazing property. So peaceful and relaxing. Luis(Rex) was very friendly, helpful and resourceful. He recommend us a tour guide for Uxmal and we love this tour because it was very informative. All staff in hotel is friendly and helpful. We wish to stay a couple of days more in this wonderful hotel. A breakfast was amazing!!! Hope we to visit this place in future again.

Chichen Itza is 46 km from the lodge. Tulum International Airport is 147 km from the property. It was a nice accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area in the garden was lovely. The owners were also very nice and friendly. Since we stayed over the weekend, we had the chance to meet them, and they even shared their breakfast with us.
