You can immediately tell that all the staffs were genuinely delighted to have you at the lodge and would want it to be the best experience for you. The rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable. Views were stunning. There's in room heating and even the floors and bath rooms are heated. It was a nice and cosy night stay. Our trip was cut short due to bad weather but that wasn't a problem. We got a refund and no further questions asked. Theg certainly set a sky high benchmark in customer service and experience .

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, it was the best experience, highly recommend to anyone planning their adventure!

It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. We would definitely go back and stay longer next time we are in NZ! We HIGHLY recommend this most amazing experience at Cabot Lodge!

Hosts are great and you can see they put a lot of effort to make the experience great - the room was perfect and the breakfast in the morning prepared by the host was served with class that very often some professional hotels are lacking.

The staff treated us like royalty😊 The included breakfast was hearty with added touches. Specialty juices. Dinner was an add in but start with drinks and canapés. Excellent food right on site. Nice at the end of a long hiking day
