Toucan Hill is a hidden jungle paradise, but what truly makes it special is David. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home with his kindness, warmth, and attention to detail. The cabins are brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped—sharp knives, quality cookware, a coffee machine, and even reusable water bottles to help reduce waste. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor living space is perfect for relaxing. We loved being surrounded by nature—waking up to the sounds of monkeys, spotting sloths in the trees, and seeing toucans and flying toads right outside our window. The beach is stunning, and David even provided beach mats and bags to make our days by the ocean even better. He went above and beyond, offering to bring us groceries from town and sharing great conversations over a beer, making us feel like old friends.

The couple welcomed us with great availability throughout our stay. We received an exceptional and varied breakfast every morning that exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied. The space is very large, nature is totally respected and we were very lucky to have such charming and caring hosts. We highly recommend the location, the price is absolutely correct, the quality is absolutely correct. We are very, very happy.

Tolle Bungalows inmitten des Dschungels. Wir wurden super empfangen und durften direkt früh morgens einchecken und am letzten Tag auch den kompletten Tag bleiben. Maxi hat uns viele Tipps rund um die Insel gegeben (schnorcheln, Wandern etc.) und uns kostenlos zwei Fahrräder bereit gestellt. Es gibt eine warme Dusche mit super Wasserdruck, mit Blick in den Dschungel - wundervoll! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Bett groß und bequem (mit Moskitonetz) und es gibt Steckdosen zu Genüge. Um den Bungalow kann man von der eigenen Terasse aus Brüllaffen und andere Tiere beobachten! Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Skully's house was exceptional. We booked for 4 days, but stayed for an extra day. Pool, bar, food court just right here. And that you will get a scooter for a day for free when booking a private room is a nice bonus, considering it is a bit pricey. But well, we live only once, right. And Skully was amazing host, as well as Ed. Girls at the bar did not let the palce down either.

Palmar beach Hostel accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. The location was amazing and atmosphere and the place. Not mention every evening there was either live show music or salsa dance or simply a Utica band singing and playing. Fenomenal!
