A terrace can be found at the lodge, along with a garden. Amazing room at Titicaca Lake at sea level 4000 meters. Uf, very peaceful and quiet, amazing sunset. But, very cold during the night. You can have a gas heater all night but we switched it off and it was really cold during the night and morning. Just to know before where you go. But the place and the breakfast was amazing.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. First off, what a magical experience this stay was from the people to the views to the room! Walter and his family really made this stay so special, they are the kindest people ever! From the moment we arrived they treated us with such care and love, Walter’s dad picked us up and dropped us off at the port, Walter took us on a private tour of the Uros Island in the traditional boats, his mom cooked the most wholesome dinner and breakfast for us, his mom also showed us her handmade artesiana, which were all so beautiful and we were able to purchase some to take a piece of them home and support this wonderful family. They made sure we were comfortable at all times, the room was spacious, had a heater for the nighttime, since it gets cold, plenty of blankets, hot showers, spectacular views, what else can you ask for?! They talked to us about their rich culture, which was impressive and it was a gift that they allowed us to take a peak into their everyday life as foreigners were not allowed back then in the Uros. I can not recommend this stay enough!! My husband and I left with our hearts full and a memory we will cherish for a lifetime! THANK YOU Walter, Maria, Sabino and Elena! Mucho amor y bendiciones!

Juan and his family took care of us as if we were their own. When we struggled with the altitude on our first day, they immediately made us feel comfortable, preparing special teas and even giving us hot water bottles for the night. The altitude sickness disappeared overnight, thanks to their care! Juan took us out on a fantastic boat tour of Lake Titicaca, sharing his knowledge and the beauty of the lake with us. In the evening, he cooked us an incredible supper—fresh and delicious. Breakfast the next morning was the same. Everything about our stay was authentic, peaceful, and filled with small, thoughtful touches. But what truly sets this place apart is Juan’s generosity and dedication. Halfway to Cusco, I realized I had left my laptop behind at the lodge—a total panic moment! Juan went above and beyond to make sure I got it back before leaving Cusco, personally organizing for it to be delivered by bus so I wouldn’t have to pay $200 for a private shuttle. I am eternally grateful for his kindness and effort! The property is 7 km from the city centre, and right in front of Titicaca lake. Eddy, his dad and mom Salome were incredibly sweet. If you're looking for an authentic stay on Lake Titicaca, look no further! They made us a generous dinner when we arrived, gave us hot water bottles to stay warm during the night (we were impressed by our room, great view and plenty of space), breakfast the next morning, and Eddy kindly took us for a little boat tour around the area before our Taquille excursion, and even showed us his new kittens!!! They also kept our luggage for us after we checked out, and both taxis from our bus in Puno to take us to the dock were very punctual.
