They made a free upgrade of our room, and allowed to shower after checkout in the evening, when we finished our trekking tour. Also it was great to have a breakfast at the restaurant balcony with a magnificent view on the mountains (when it’s not foggy :-)

I would recommend this for the stay in the sapa area!
