We also loved the peacefulness, the staff (shoutout to Hien in particular), the tour they organized (Phing was an excellent guide), the flexibility (they let us tired souls check in at 6am), the pristine cleanliness of the rooms…we want to go back already.

They organized everything for us that we needed and fixed anything else as we traveled with a tiny baby. Food is awesome and at a really good price! Location is good as it is on the main road to Sapa but a bit outside. Makes it calm and serene. Me and my family will definitely come back here. We were thinking of going into town one evening but loved it so much that we decided not to go! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
