The owner speaks fluent French, which is a plus for any French speaker who could have difficulties communicating in English. Overall perfect, I would come back !

They even helped my sister organized a birthday surprise- they bought flowers and cake. The place was peaceful and has great view. Close to Trang-an. They can help you plan your itinerary for the day- with driver to tour you around. Overall, we had great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
