Sophia and Luc are warm, generous people. not only did Sophia provide a wonderful welcome, on my way out they both came and rescued me from a flat tire and changed it for me!

Being in the middle of nature was a huge plus. We regularly saw the jiraffes and we were lucky enough to see a cheetah hunting an antílope on our way to breakfast (from our car, stay inside! ;) ). It was an amazing experience. The personal was also very helpful and kind and made our stay and way there and back safer and more enjoyable.

The lodge offers game drives through Addo National Park, game walks on the property and guided sundowner walks. We stayed in 3 of the four tents which were beautifully furnished with everything one could need. The views and the gardens and the giant Figtree are spectacular. The rooms are hot during the day because the doors much be kept closed if you’re not in your tent due to the naughty monkeys and baboons! The food and service were outstanding. Cia, our guide for our safari into Addo Elephant Park was fantastic, fun and incredibly knowledgeable - worth the price for sure. Breakfast is included in the price - all other meals not but reasonable. The pool is spotlessly clean and chilly - a nice cool off after a game drive. Definitely want to come back with my family one day.

Chrislin African Lodge is a peaceful site with outdoor lounge areas, gardens, and a citrus farm. Guests can enjoy South African recipes in onsite dining lapa.

One of the best places we have stayed in, in Africa so far. Family run lodge, comfortable good sized rooms. Giraffe walk with the owner was amazing. Info to Addo Park helpful and easy doable for day trip. Food very good. Our stay was fantastic.
