The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We had a wonderful stay at Zulu Rock Lodge. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place; so good for the soul! We obviously loved seeing all of the animals, but our game drives were made all the more special by our ranger, Zondi. He was friendly, knowledgeable and sincere, and we were so sad to say goodbye to him at the end. As for the accommodation, it was utter luxury! The service was exceptional and the food was exquisite! We really hope to be able to go back again one day!

The pet-friendly lodge offers a barbecue. We really enjoyed our time at Tugela River Lodge. There’s so many things to do within the property like kayak, mountain bike, trails, and little farm area. It’s very clean and the staff and owner are super friendly and always willing to assist. The farm stall has a lot of supplies, so if you forget anything you wouldn’t even need to drive out. Very pet friendly as well - everything we could do with our little mini dachshund. She loved her time there and the fenced off area is big and safe. The wood-fired tub is an amazing way to wind down. The view is amazing and Bheki always comes to help fire it up ahead of time. All in all a fantastic experience as a couple, and I’m sure it’d be lovely for a family and friends group too!
