The setting was gorgeous, the cottages have a nostalgic feel to it, beautifully kept with original details, a cosy woodstove (wood supplied) makes it complete. Delicious homemade cookies and a wondelful host make you feel so welcome. The travel tips are spot on. And of course the breakfast is fantastic!

The estate is beautiful and has zebras, giraffes, kudu and more. George and Zelda are amazing hosts. The lodge is very nice. The rooms are spacious, modern and airconditioned. Without a doubt the best location we stayed at in our 3 weeks in South Africa. We booked a full day Gamedrive in Kruger with Khululeka and we were fortunate to see the big 5 in one day! It's truly a magical and special place.

Incredible location well located in Hoedspruit! Ruan and his family (owners of the lodge) were super welcoming and so friendly. They let their home become ours which was a very personal touch! Would highly recommend!

We felt very special in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding. The pool area was the perfect place after an exhausting safari. Also the view platform is very nice and if you are lucky you can see some animals as well. Plus point: There are three very friendly ostriches in the place. Thanks a lot for a very special time for us. Highly recommended! Dinner was also delicious in a modern and artful Restaurant.

It is truly the most beautiful accommodation we have ever been to (and we are regular booking.com customers). The decor and style of the owner is sublime. Everything is perfect down to the last detail. The accommodation is equipped with everything you think you need. Super clean. A great chef who makes you a 5-star breakfast every morning. Very reasonable drink prices with the honest bar principle, write down what you used. The location is central and very safe. Wildlife in the backyard. Indeed, you never want to leave here. I liked the reception we had. I also met out guide whose name means "Hapiness". We then had an exquisite dinner under the stars with the owners. The food was so good I went for "seconds" (and therefore missed out on the dessert!). We loved the breakfast because we were by now friends with other guests - from Brazil and Saudi Arabia. It was a great experience

The Host is very kind and takes care about her customers from the first second you arrive. Located in a pictures scenery, privateness guarantued, due to size of the camp in a Nature Reserve. We have seen all big five, thanks to Leandra and her amazing team. We will come back!!!
