The bed is comfortable, the outdoor pool and the jakuzzi was fascinating. There were multiple toothbrushes, hair clip, toys and condoms included.

I loved everything about this accommodation. The pictures on the website never lied... The location was perfect, the staff exceptional and helpful... I need the contact of the person that gave me the perfect guidance that took me to Biwako Valley... HE WAS SO GOOD AND HELPFUL... I need to tell him Arigatoo Gozaimaas...
The location has the best view, close to Biwako Lake, a stroll to elegant Sagawa Art Museum, the Pieri Mall for your shopping and dining experience...
The rooms where spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all amenities and facilities...I love the bath, the massager, etc...
The breakfast was very nice. It's a love hotel so the room was huge and there is a lot of facilities (big bath with leds, videoprojector, huge bed, lots of mangas in the bedroom...)
