This place was out of the box! when they say "Adults only", that set the tone. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but private. the people on the front desk were helpful and friendly. inhouse movies that will entertain you. We found the room spacious and very clean, The bed big and comfortable, we had dinner in our room and the meal was affordable and pleasant. This motel is not for the super straight, but if you have a sense of humor, you will have a great night, maybe more. we are both 68 years old and would definitely stay again. well done!

Despite it being a love hotel it was extremely clean and very VERY spacious. It is around a 10 min drive to the central area where all the food is so it is great if you have a car.
Staff did not speak English but we communicated fine through Google Translate. They were extremely accommodating.

Since it is a former love Hotel it is adult only, looks like a castle, quiet. Spacious very clean room, convenient to visit some of the temples of the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Convenience store close by, some food can be ordered in the room. Unbeatable for this price.

I did not know when I booked it was a "Love Hotel" but it did not matter - The location suited my pilgrim walking schedule. it was kind of interesting to stay there. I should have guessed from the "adults only" notice on the booking, but it was clean and quiet and convenient. Next time i will take a playmate.... maybe... ;)

Honestly is the best accomodation in Kochi!
The room is huge not like the other in Kochi and super clean for a price that is half of other hotels
My room had jacuzzi and sauna beside the gadgets of a love hotel
I didnt use the karaoke or the big screen
The big advantage is that the room was perfectly soundproofed and I slept very well

It is a love hotel so make sure you take all your stuff that you'll need with you as you will be locked in for the duration of your stay. Have sufficient cash on you. The location on the map is a little off so try using website or address on Google maps. Everything was fantastic except the room stank of smoke (a common problem in love hotels). Luckily it was warm so we could have the window open all night. Check out the room first without allowing the room door to close.
