The roof top bar - Songbird was a lovely place to relax and unwind at the end of the day with a gin and tonic. Lovely setting with great views of the city. The location was perfect with easy access to the ferries and river tours and Elizabeth Quay. The rooms were large, clean and had everything you needed. My room had a stunning river view with a view of the Bell tower.

I stayed two weeks (one week with my daughter) in this luxurious, spacious house. We stayed in a double room with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a big balcony adding an extra comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one would have at their own home, and more. Although the owner does not reside on the property, the young manager is always available and helpful. Saying this, the owner is an incredibly friendly lady who goes out of her way to help and makes your stay an extra special. Her attention to every detail shines through the house. The location of this property is ideal-a bus stop is two-minute walk from the house, which connects you to the beaches, city centre and train station. The major supermarket, pharmacy and various takeaways are a walking distance as well. A chain of lovely parks with water features for a morning or an evening strolls are two-minute walk from the house. I had a car, so this location was central to all my destinations and two-minute drive to motorway. There are no words to express how much I enjoyed staying in this property and would heartfeltly recommend it to anyone.

I've never opened a door to my room a smelt such lovely decadence. Then the room itself is simple luxury. The architecture is a feast for the senses. The old the new the carpet and the amazing indigenous artwork. The food choice. Rooftop bar ( should be open more. Lying in bed with high heritage ceilings arches and massive windows looking at the lights and rooftops of a modern city was amazing. Great sleep. Great location 100% recommended.

Great location in the cbd, beautiful sceneries of the swan river and the city, luxurious bed and amenities in the room, was pleasantly surprised to see a complimentary mini cheese platter and a greeting card in the room. Best thing about the property is the staff! Service there is superb! Special mention to Jason who checked us in and Johnson who did a fantastic job in the club lounge. He was super attentive and served us and everyone else cheerfully.

Beautiful king deluxe room with a lovely big bath. Excellent interior design. Clean rooms. Beautiful view to the city centre. Delicious breakfast. Very-very professional and friendly staff! Definitely will be back & would recommend this hotel for anyone who enjoys some luxury in their lives.

A fabulous hotel in a sensational location. A true 5 star property in terms of both facilities and service. The restaurant is outstanding and there's a lovely little bar which is also well worth a visit.

Upgraded to a deluxe villa which was a wonderful surprise. Room and views of the city and river were amazing. We had a butler service who were on the ready for any requests we had. Would definitely recommend.
