It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

Our family had an amazing stay! The host contacted us on the day of the arrival and met us at the villa, showing and explaining everything. The area was amazing - swimming pool, garden, terrace, even our own beach! We also could enjoy our meals together since the kitchen was very spacious. The kids were running around in the garden and we were comfortable knowing that they will not meet any strangers as all the villa was just for us. It was truly an amazing stay which left us with a lot of warm memories. We can't wait to return!

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

The location was great, 5 mins walk to the lake which is very convenient for my morning run. There's also a bus stop right infront which connects well to rest of the city. I really enjoyed my stay there, the bed was comfortable and waking up knowing that the very delicious and crispy croissant is waiting for me for breakfast makes a real good start to the day. Big thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff and I hope to come back again soon!
