we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

This is a wonderful privately owned and operated hotel. It makes a change from the sameness of the multiples. Waiters are in white jackets and bows with excellent customer service. The location itself is a little village in its own right up a steep hill overlooking Montreux and the lake. The view in the morning is the most magnificent view I have ever had while enjoying breakfast. Staff are friendly, especially Jasmine, on reception. This hotel represents old world values in the best possible sense.

The apartment was spotless, a studio with 2 double beds (one pull down the other a sofa bed).Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, great for a short stay, and the location was a minute from the lake. Susanna the host was super helpful and friendly and made check in/out super easy.Communication at every stage of booking was excellent. We will definitely be back here again

Incredible terrace with amazing views, staff was very friendly and attentive, room was large and luxurious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was amazing (especially the hand squeezed orange juice!)

I booked a private suite and 2 deluxe rooms, and decided to treat my parents and let them have the private suite. I admit that the private suite gets a different score than the deluxe because it is quite luxurious, but given that I stayed in the deluxe room, that is the basis of the poor score. I will note that the staff was very formal and nice (but no more nicer than that of the several other Swiss hotels I stayed at, whose hospitality went above and beyond). I must also note that views from the common balconies were absolutely glorious.
