We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the prime location facilitated both work commitments and leisure explorations. Our room was extremely spacious and had two big and very comfortable beds. We only slept for 3 hours because we had an early flight, but the beds were so comfly that we would have stayed many more hours. The staff was very atentive with he wake up call and the transfer was smooth.
