All the facilities of the hotel were great, unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because the weather was not that good, but the gym was very nice with a great view. The room is spacious and the bed and bedsheets are top quality, amazing pillows too. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local food (arepas and fruits) and regular hotel breakfast (like bread and eggs). I also had the opportunity to try the room service and the experience was also great. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The grotto is an experience not to be missed set in a beautiful area of countryside. The host was one of the most attentive hosts I've met, making my stay something to remember. If your going to Pereira I recommend you stay here I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Great spot, huge room and bathroom, very friendly staff. I had to make a short notice reservation on the same day due to a delayed flight, and the staff was very understanding, supportive and ready with a huge room, very clean, nice design and very comfortable bed
