The room was exceptionally clean, the bed comfortable and the location perfect. Only a 14 mins walk to the train station and there's a grocery literally just next door. Room was quiet and warm. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is super convenient , stayed in hotel before and after our trip to Austria (thru Muninch). Many restaurants/cafes near around. Easy access through trains to city attractions. Room/Bar with 1Euro beers and free beverages - is very useful and interesting concept. Well though rooms design especially in quiet-room of 2nd floor.

The Charles Hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay when visiting Munich. 1. Staff: Every single staff member we met was exceptionally kind and respectful — it really made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Isabela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and stress-free, even arranging our room early before the official check-in time. 😊 2, Restaurant: The breakfast and buffet were fantastic, with excellent service to match. Definitely a highlight of the stay! 3. Location: This one of the greatest things about this hotel is its location. It is around everything you need to visit by walking. Also, they have a private parking garage if you have a rental car. 4. Great service room and high speed WiFi.

Fantastic development by Hyatt group. Almost can't be better. Huge SPA, posh restaurants etc. The only thing it is not located very centrally. But there is a tram stop right next to the building and you always can get a scooter! I will be back!
