We stayed at this apartment in Cannes, Nice for one night with friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is brand new, modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It felt light, airy, and extremely spacious. Every element of comfort was thoughtfully provided – the beds, couches, and dining chairs were all very comfortable. The amenities were superb – everything we could possibly need was provided, including a selection of teas, bottled water in the fridge, a kettle, and more. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet, which made it very convenient. The sitting area was especially spacious and pleasant, perfect for relaxing together. The location was fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the promenade and beach, and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The hosts, Daniel and his colleague, were outstanding – incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable, even allowing us a late check-out at 12 pm on our departure day. We were also able to freshen up and use the toilet at their office afterwards, and Daniel kindly helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would 100% stay with LRA again and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

I liked about this apartment literally EVERYTHING! So fantastic location and the morning-cafe-view is just stunning. From the open livingroom -kitchen opens the best view to the port. Sunrise with the coffee is priceless! In both bedrooms are as well great view with the morning sun. Just love it. Have to say, that its great location, as its few hundreds meters away from main busy steets and therefore completely quiet. It's worth a lot! You would not want on season hear any noise, in a noisy touristic place. Street goes down to the best Cannes seafood restaurant on the main square - just adorable and fancy place! Loved about this stay everything and for sure this place stays as a spot in Cannes. Bright, well maintened with great interior design 75m2 apartment.

The studio apartment has very stylish and modern interior with new furnitures and equipements. In the kitchen we found everything to prepare basic dishes. The apartment has relatively small size, but it has very practical layout. The location is just perfect, city center is very-very close. Elena, the host is very kind and helpful, and she helped both during our preparation and our stay. The provided coffee capsules made perfect mornings. We highly recommend this apartment to couples who wants to explore Cannes and its neighbourhood.
