Our stay at Atali Grand Resort in Bali, Rethymno was absolutely wonderful. We had been searching for years to find a place like this, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff provided excellent service with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcome at every moment. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. The hotel is completely new and every detail has been planned carefully. It felt like we were the first guests staying in the suite. Friendly service, perfectly kept and cleaned. The location is great: Bali is a lovely little village, a perfect place for families. Supermarkets, beaches and restaurants can all be reached in a 5 minute walk.

This is the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. The hotel has preserved the traditional aspects of this old Cretan village. Every room has it's own individual style, which is lovely. There is a welcome drink and a tour offered at check-in. The room itself (we had the Hyades room) was very spacious with all amenities needed. I particularly enjoyed the bath products. Cute little swimming pool with yummie snacks and drinks and the best fries i have ever had. Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were good, a few traditional Cretan products as well. Good coffee.
