The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The resort is designed for beauty and tranquillity so very soothing and pampering. The spa pool is open at no cost. Meals can be taken in the privacy of your own room or in the restaurant or lovely deck overlooking Chania. Costs for meals were very reasonable and coffee complimentary. Breakfast was fun and delicious. It was made to order and very generous.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were outstanding — everything was super modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly made our experience special. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even on rainy days, we had plenty to do thanks to their great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We booked a massage based on their tip and it was absolutely perfect. The sauna was impeccable and the gym had a really unique Swedish style that we loved. Location was great, 20 min walking from old town. Easy and free to park nearby.

Possibly one of the most luxurious, clean and comfortable apartments I have ever stayed in. The accommodation is brand new and so beautifully appointed. Every thing you would need for a relaxing stay with the most amazing view of the sea from the balcony. With a kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, stovetop and coffee machine and dining area, its easy to self cater. New washing machine, iron, heated towel rails and a separate side balcony to hang washing. Electric power shutters for privacy. Amazingly soft comfortable bed. Big rain shower head and toilet with bidet. So many luxury inclusions for such an amazingly low price. Incredible value for money. In a local neighbourhood area, so the vibe is super chill and quiet in the evenings but is also an easy stroll to the Old Town and areas of interest. Nikos is a wonderful host and I was also looked after by his gorgeous parents, Kostas and Maria. Maria also takes care of the housekeeping and the whole place is always clean and sparkling. Truly the best value stay in Chania, I will definitely stay here again.
