Apartment is new, newly furnished, nicely decorated, attention to detail, very cozy and comfortable. Located in quiet part of town far away from traffic noise. Parking is available in front of apartment. Apartment is large, has two large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washing machines, comfortable beds, all rooms in apartment have separate air-conditioning unit. The pictures on booking really corresponds to the situation on sight. Perfect location for exploring Preveza sightseeing and Ionian coast. Owner is very kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Always was available for any information or question. Once again Cristina thank you for kindness and hospitality, we have really enjoyed staying in Preveza and All seasons luxury apartments.

The Villa was amazing, very private, great having the pool. Everything very clean. Petros met us on arrival and ran through everything. There are take away menus you can get food delivered as its a bit out the way. You'll need a car to get groceries, etc. Very easy to drive there and Petros can hire you a car. Olga delivered us a superb breakfast on day 1 we had pre-arranged. The Villa has 2 nice double bedrooms, very comfy beds, bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The vegetable garden was brilliant, very well kept & loved picking fresh produce to make our Greek salad. Its only 2.5 miles to the port and a nice easy walk in the evening with lots of Tavernas for eating and shops too, easy to get a taxi back at the end of the night. Its in a quiet area but we really liked this. There are a couple of Tavernas within 1-1.5 miles walk. We had excellent food throughout our stay. There are some comfy sun loungers on the beach and we were the only ones on the beach the day we ventured down. We wanted proper Greece with no resort or "The Strip" in sight. It was perfect & we're looking at dates to come back next year. Thank you to Petros & Olga for a fabulous stay. Just what we needed :)

The staff were amazing, very friendly and always helpful. I loved the pool, escpecially in the afternoon where there is shade, but the water is warmed up. For the price we got the stay it was excellent.

The whole place has been done to perfection, it really does feel luxury. The room has everything we needed for our stay and nothing was ever too much trouble for the hosts, they helped us hire a car, organise taxis and transfers and even gave us another room on the day of check out for no extra cost since we had a late flight. Would recommend to anyone and if we was to visit again we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!
