This hotel is truly exceptional. We have stayed all over the world and this would easily make it into the top 3. One of the major factors that make this an exceptional hotel is the staff and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast. You are greeted with such warmth and truly genuine care. One staff member in particular Athanasia who worked on reception was a pure joy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is relatively new but the management have excelled in their staffing choices and I am convinced this will be one of the most sought after hotels in Santorini.

A very cozy, beautiful, and lovely hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of Fira, which was perfect for us because we use taxi as transportation, and the flat road made the location also ideal for my parents. The hotel has a lovely golf car to help guests take luggage and the young man who helped with luggage was sweet. All the staff at the reception and the restaurant were also extremely friendly and always willing to help with everything. We also really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the young lady in the restaurant is lovely. The room was clean, cozy, and beautiful, and the whole building was white, serene, and charming. We had a wonderful holiday here and highly, highly recommend it!
