Our host was exceptional and super quick to answer any questions we had & was very helpful to arrange transportation from Padua to Fusina where we were joining a cruise. The property is spotless & very quiet even though it’s in the heart of the city. Easy walking everywhere.

Diana herself came even if I booked at very short notice. She was absolutely nice and helpful on any possible thing. She immediately suggested also where to go and eat (next to the house), and was super. Diana was extremely reachable and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment is superb, with all possible amenities (including water and Illy coffee capsules, tisanes, etc), extremely comfortable and clean. The washroom really super. Position is fantastic in the heart of the historic centre (close to all top places) but at the same time a few steps away from where many taxis pass.

Nice hotel and SPA complex, very good wellness center, delicious restaurant, comfortable room. I got everything I needed to spend a wonderful time. Book Francesca if you want a good massage and then go to sauna, short sleep and you will feel like a new . Recommended to the person who wants to recover. And one more compliment to the staff, especially to Metr! I still not get a small peace of tiramisu, is it mean you want me back ☺️

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!
