The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The back garden is beautiful, perfect for a morning coffee. Quiet street, but only a 2-minute walk to the busy central shopping area. The Leaning Tower is a lovely 20 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Very tastefully decorated rooms. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Overall our experience was amazing! The water in the thermals was perfect and the area around the hotel is beautiful.
