Friendly and extremely helpful staff, Martina was amazing and helped us take our luggage up to our room.The morning staff was awesome, nothing was too much trouble, asked for an iron and got one right away. The breakfast had a nice variety, everything was fresh. There was toast, pastry, cereals, fresh fruit, specialty coffees and juices. Room was impeccably clean, and modern bathroom was very large and spotless. Lots of towels and nice stand up shower. The bedroom and bathrooms are large for European standards. The neighborhood was very quiet and accessible to the tourist attractions such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa (12 min walk). Stayed one night, will definitely return next time visiting Pisa, highly recommend!

Overall our experience was amazing! The water in the thermals was perfect and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices exactly what you expect from a good 5 star hotel. Additionally they have upgraded our booking to a luxury suite which came as a very nice surprise treat

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is right in the middle of this beautiful city. Fantastic room, we asked for a quiet one and it was perfect. Huge bathroom with spa bath and great shower. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful and booked us excellent authentic restaurants. If you are coming to Lucca you need to stay here.

It really exceed our expectations, apartment completely refurbished with very good quality and very well equipped. Located in the outer of Lucca walls, everyhting was in walking distance (very convenient; with the train station very close as well). The owner was really helpful and welcomed us with a suite of amenities that really caused a WOW effect to us. Great attention to detail from the owner. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. The quality of both furniture and home appliances is very good. If returning to Lucca, we will definitely book and come back to this amazing apartment. We highly recommend this place to stay when visiting the city.

Everything! The villa was in a great location, literally a few mins walk into Lucca itself. Great spacious room, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. The breakfast was perfect, loads of choice freshly prepared for you. Pool area and gardens were lovely also, plenty beds and places to sit and relax

An amazing experience. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Good coffee. Very helpful staff. Beautiful view from the room, one of the most clean and amazing bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel. Even though it is a bit more expensive, the money is absolutely worth it.
