The apartment was very clean with excellent amenities, including a very nice bathroom and TV room. The owner left snacks, still/ sparkling water at a bottle of prosecco for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was very quick and the household duties at checkout were very minimal, unlike several airbnbs we've stayed at. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed the property and its proximity to the walls of Lucca.

Everything was lovely. Peaceful and a feeling of being in an authentically Tuscan refuge. The staff were lovely, extremely friendly and helpful.
