We liked everything. The hotel is sited close to Kamakura station so is easy to find and great to move around. The staff was amazingly helpful. In every aspect. Superb. The place was spotless, and the renovations on its hall work great to immerse you into the Japanese culture and atmosphere. It is a must visit hotel if you are planning a trip to the city.

The breakfast was an unexpected wonderful pleasure. The hotel is a gem in a quiet corner of Kamakura. Close to a beautiful beach, close to shopping and attractions. The staff are carrying and attentive. Of all the hotels we stayed in this was our favorite.

That we were given the option of having a full, hearty and healthy breakfast spread served and laid out meticulously on the bedside table in the room gave us the opportunity to sleep in and later admire sweeping views of the morning ocean. The service we received from the reception was stellar. We travel with small children and even had to spontaneously see a doctor and the staff was always eager to help. Room was very clean and modern. We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.
