I have no words to fully describe the amazing experience I had. From the check-in till the checkout all the employees where amazing into all aspects, letting everything prepared beforehand for the check-in, with the room selected, clear instructions about the facilities, the tour in the hotel and showing how to use the installation, the welcome hand made message with Origamis in the room, the amazing hotel Onsen (which for me was even better than the ones around the city), kimono selection and the support to understand how to use that, the delicious food that the waiter had an special attention and patience to tech me how to eat king crab... It was more than a stay as I said it was a full experience that I will sure experience again in the future :) thanks to all the team for the dedication, sympathy and care that you provided into all the steps of this experience:)

This hotel is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The suites are well designed and comfortable for families and solo travellers alike. It gives the feel of a traditional ryokan with modern amenities. Staff are helpful and responsive and they helped me plan day trips around Toyooka. It's a great place to stay if you want to spend time in Kinosakionsen. I stayed there for a week.

Very warm welcoming staff with excellent English and less formal ceremonies :) Room + balcony, I liked it. Futon beds were quite comfy :) Value for its price.

All the onsens are fabulous. The room is quite spacious and so comfortable for our stay.

Location was perfect. In a quiet street but close to everything. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. I got a room upgrade to the annex. The room was very zen and I had a great nights sleep. It really exceeded all my expectations.
