10 out of 10 in everything. The staff were going above and beyond to help you. They took our suitcases near the train station so we don't miss our train. The dinner was one of the best meals we've had in our lives. The baths are actually all natural hot springs. The facilities were exceptionally clean. The view was stunning.

Overall amazing experience. The staff was excellent, always going above and beyond to assist you with anything you need from transportation to restaurant bookings, and always providing great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and varied, perfect for fueling a day of skiing. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal, with easy access to ski slopes, restaurants, bars, and you even have a convenient store right next door.
