The property is beautiful. The villa itself is huge (and very clean), the beds are so comfortable, the outside bathrooms are amazing and the grounds are very impressive but the best thing of all was Gihan! He could not do enough to ensure the stay was perfect. Gihan was always on-hand to take us anywhere we needed to go, to offer advice about what to see and do and to teach us all about Sri Lankan life. A wonderful experience!

Absolutely the best property we have ever stayed at! From the location to the food to the service and to the overall experience! The facility is a must experience for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and slow down for a couple of days! I really liked the villa we rented. It has all the necessary amenities. I like the location of the villa. I appreciate having a kitchen to cook. The rooms are very spacious. The panoramic windows offer a beautiful view. Also, there's a variety of cute wildlife like palm squirrels and peacocks. An excellent advantage is that the villa is away from the road and railway, making it very quiet. Also, a cool perk is that the villa has a roof with loungers, and you can chill there without even going to the beach, just by going up to the roof. And there's shade on the roof, so… It's so comfortable that you don't want to leave. Have already booked the same villa for the next visit – impressions are excellent!"

The most beautiful location, quiet, almost private beach, amazing design, comfortable rooms, nice food and of course, exceptional service, tailored and we really felt cared for. We traveled with our 2 year old that enjoyed the pool and the beach. I also was able to enjoy an amazing full body massage in the beach in the morning.

This hotel is heavenly. It is right on the most perfect beach and surrounded by trees and the occasional wild life. The rooms are large, luxurious and have large private gardens. The staff are well trained with the aim of providing a perfect holiday experience. This was the last of six hotels that we stayed at across Sri Lanka and was by far the best. The chef produced exceptional dishes and reasonably priced. We felt very cared for at Sundara. Thank you.

The delicious cuisine, paired with the hotel's superior location directly at the beautiful beach, incredible garden and interior, create a truly enjoyable experience. Everything is prepared with love and genuine kindness, making it a perfect place to relax during your vacation. Both of us are eager to return to this lovely place on the next visit to Sri Lanka.
