Luxury Hotels in Raa Atoll

We have visited the Maldives three times before, but this island and this resort exceeded our expectations. It was SO beautiful!!! More beautiful than any pictures and videos we had seen in advance. We loved our ocean villa with the unobstructed view of the sea and always with a lovely breeze, and we loved the closeness of the reef! Our daughter and son-in-law had a lagoon villa which also had an amazing view, but we always hung out at the ocean villa due to the great snorkelling, the privacy, and due to the nice breeze on the terrace! The food was wonderful, and we especially loved Beru Bar and BBQ Shak!! They both had amazing food, and they also had amazing people working there!! We loved the dolphin cruise (which was included in the All Inclusive package), and we literally saw dozens of dolphins! We also enjoyed sailing kayaks around the island!! All in all an unforgettable experience. A last thing! We also loved the way we were greeted at Male airport by a member of the hotel staff who just took over and fixed the check in of our suitcases for the seaplane, and also the resort's lovely airport lounge with foods and drinks and also very kind staff. We didn't wait long for our departure with the seaplane which was really nice!!

Unforgettable Experience at Furaveri Resort! We had an incredible stay at Furaveri Resort for 5 nights, and from start to finish, everything was simply amazing. The moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed and guided to the seaplane lounge, where we could relax with coffee, juices, and various refreshments. The seaplane ride itself was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—made even smoother thanks to their hospitality and attention to detail. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our host, Ms. MAE, who truly made us feel at home. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—from giving us a tour of the resort to arranging restaurant reservations, organizing a photoshoot, and helping us with sports activities. Her kind, caring, and professional approach ensured we had the best time possible. A heartfelt thank you to MAE for making our stay so comfortable and memorable! With out her constant support it will not be so easy. Special thanks also to the housekeeping staff, especially the Sri Lankan gentleman (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name), who was outstanding in maintaining our villa with great professionalism and care. A pleasant surprise was the mosque at the resort, which added a peaceful and spiritual touch to our stay. Attending Jumu’ah (Friday) prayers, there was an extraordinary experience. Lastly, our departure was perfectly organized, and all arrangements were punctual and stress-free, allowing us to catch our return flight without any hassle. Overall, Furaveri Resort gave us a dream vacation—blending luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the Maldives!

The water villa was amazing, fully equipped with everything you could need, with great views and clear water to see all the marine life.

Wow what a great holiday. We have travelled the world and still cannot beat the Maldives. At Reefi Faru the attitude of the staff really made the holiday experience special. Special thanks to the barmen Janaka and Sadeep, all the waiters in the main restaurant such as Shareef and Nazeem and our amazing the room cleaner. What amazing staff. The place is amazing too. See pics. The food is out of this world, with the chefs working tirelessly and invisibly in the background to produce exciting food every day with international themes.

Dhigali took really bad good care of us from check in to checkout. Very well organized resort, great food, staff and the most amazing sunsets. Recommend fully!

The island is well-kept, the rooms are very clean. The staff loves their job, everyone is very friendly. The food is delicious, but it is not provided for very small children. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an airport, but the sound of airplanes is almost inaudible. Thanks to the staff for the decoration in honor of our 10th wedding anniversary
