The service was excellent — every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and refreshing, making it the perfect escape from the busier parts of the city. 1. The location was perfectly near the airport and amid many places for great food and coffee. 2. The room was just as advertised - clean, comfortable, well stocked (coffee, tea, extra pillows). 3. The staff was INCREDIBLE! I was treated in a typical warm, inviting Nepali style. Riwaj helped in getting from airport and settled into my room, local transportation when needed, and overall regard that I was taken care of. Binita was working from desk when I arrived and was inviting, friendly, extremely professional, and a true help to make everything for check-in smooth! 4. The breakfast was incredible and service personalized and fast.
