Location is amazing. Staff was very courteous. The facilities were great too. We had a nice dinner with an amazing view in the chilly evening. They arranged the heaters well.

The property is well organised, maintained, and secured. Every edge is fenced and well protected. The children's play section, especially the corners and floors, are covered with soft carpets. There are ramps along with the stairs that make it more accessible for people who need it. The corridors and dining hall have glass shields that protect us from the harsh and cold winter wind. The quality of the toiletries were super good, it was the first time we used shampoo and body lotion provided by any hotels. The staff were amazing people, they always extended their hands to assist us in making our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Absolutely loved my stay! The views are breathtaking, and the staff is truly incredible—one of the hotel’s greatest treasures. Breakfasts were delicious and the overall kitchen was consistently good. I was especially impressed by the leisure area. I didn’t try the spa, but it looks very charming. What really stood out were the wellness experiences: the sound-bath meditation with singing bowls and the dedicated meditation hall facing the Himalayas with Gurujii were unforgettable. I also had a numerology session with Gurujii that was both insightful and fascinating.

The service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff did absolutely everything for us like provide us packed lunches for our trip to the airport and were extremely gracious towards our requests. The free tour, yoga session, and sundowner (with momos and tea) were also entertaining and set a great vibe for our stay. The food was amazing as well and I really appreciated all the dishes we ate for lunch and dinner. It was also nice to have the on-site sauna and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay to get a much-needed breath of fresh after you get tired out from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

The hotel is conveniently located for Bounhanath stupa which is around 10 minutes walking distance away but because its location is away from main roads, the hotel is incredibly calm and peaceful. Our room on the first floor was very stylish and decorated with high quality furnishings. Well equipped with fridge, tv, safe, hairdryer and kettle with tea/coffee supplies and complementary bottled water. Very comfortable king bed providing a relaxing nights sleep. Breakfast has a range of food options with eggs cooked to order plus various hot dishes, yoghurt, fruit, toast and cakes. We had a late lunch one day and two dinners in the restaurant and all were excellent. A good base if staying in the area.

Basera boutique hotel offer an amazing experience, room service is fast and good, food is amazing, in the nepal restaurant you have some traditional dances to male you feel the vibe and the personal is super froendly!!! Breakfast was for me the best part, after having a good training in the very well equipped gym i ate the most perfect french omelette, accompanied by the well equipped buffet! Very high standarts of french cuisine when we're talking about the eggs for breakfast! thanks for the amazing experience
