I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. The room space, the view and the cleanliness. The owner of the resort also owns Moondance restaurant and the food is yummy. The airport transfer experience was a great one by Kumar and he makes a very good guide!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE. Even though we had not yet arrived at the hotel, the manager Sunkar assisted us greatly with whatever we required. This dude is great and generous. Both the view and the location are excellent choices for a tranquil and unforgettable vacation. The facilities and people are excellent. The meal is fantastic!

The hotel's location is about a 5–10 minute walk from the lake. It's not too close to the busy area, which makes it a great place to relax. The room and bathroom look exactly like the photos—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both the breakfast and room service meals were varied and delicious. The laundry service was also excellent. What impressed us the most was the service from the manager. He gave us lots of useful advice for our trip in Pokhara and arranged a reasonably priced and high-quality day tour for us. He also kept track of the best time for us to see Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain), and thanks to his help, we were lucky enough to see it—truly grateful for that. He also booked a taxi for our airport transfer and got us plane tickets to Kathmandu. The other staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful. These were some of the happiest days of our time in Nepal. Would definitely return to Pokhara just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Snow Peak. The room was very high quality for the price that we paid. The view from the room/balcony is a dream to wake up to. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great too. The hotel management are super friendly and trusting. We would have loved to stay for much longer than our travel plans allowed!
