Great location, in the Lakeside area but on a calm and quiet street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great- wide selection and omelettes/waffles made fresh to order. Coffee really good too. Room was really comfortable, with air conditioning and a good shower. Free transfer from the airport included as well which was great- the hotel has their own driver, he was very helpful and was there to greet me on arrival. Didn't have dinner or use the pool/spa facilities so can't speak to that.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, clean and comfortable, everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Their kitchen is also very good. However the best part of our stay was the staff. They are very professional, helping us with everything they even organized us our trips and trekking. They even upgraded us to a better room. I want to highlight Bikram Thada Magar who helped us not only during our stay but after we left the hotel as well.

Excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from lakeside,clean rooms,nice swimming pool view with bar also daily room service was available. Receptionist Manita and trainee Rabin were very polite and welcoming. The hotel is quitely located but still close to many shops, restaurants and just a minute walking distance from the lakeside. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in any way possible. The room is quiet and we had a nice view into a green garden next door. Waking up to birds instead of traffic noise like in Kathmandu was a nice change for some days before heading back. It's been the perfect get a way and I would always choose Pokhara Boutique hotel again!!

A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).
