Shuttle from the airport was flawless. Congratulations great job. Buffet breakfast had a good variety ànd friendly service. Great value for what you get. Shuttle service to D Mall couldn't be better. Please tip these employees, they really deserve it. The two swimming pools offered lots of lounge chairs and bar service. A bonus was viewing the kite surfing at the beach, good entertainment.

It was a excellent choice in a resort They took care of all the little details that can make your vacation frustrating--from the flight in until when they drop you off they took care of everything. The private beach was a nice break from the vendors on the main beach. A special thanks to Roger and Vincii for helping me get my girlfriends airline ticket taken care of and getting her to the hotel. Also if they recommended a Rester aunt we were always met where the taxi dropped up off and had the best seating in the Rester aunt

- Excellent hotel, right on the beach. - Exceptional staff. Especially the guys who serve drinks and towels on the beach and look after the beach chairs. Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

One Hagdan blew us away. The villa itself is stunning, with spacious en-suite rooms, fully equipped with all you need. A key highlight of One Hagdan is definitely their staff, Ate Eline went above and beyond for my family, she made sure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing and her helping hand was always one text away.
