One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!! Everything perfect from check-in to check-out. Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with a very effective and daily different "special of the day". Sky bar probably the best in Hanoi. Original cocktails that are really delicious and have power! However, the hotel staff deserves special mention. Exceptional service at the highest level. Always smiling, kind and willing to help in any matter and at any time. And a person who deserves a separate chapter of this entry. Rose. A wonderful person who was with us from the very beginning and was helpful throughout the stay, not only in matters relating to the hotel. If you are reading this hotel management then you should know that the mother is a real treasure among these. You should take care of it and do everything not to have it! Reward! Thank you with all our hearts Rose!

I had an amazing stay at Golden Legend Palace Hotel & Travel in Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The hotel is in a perfect location, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my stay very relaxing. A special mention goes to Apple at the reception—she was absolutely wonderful! Apple went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, from local recommendations to arranging travel plans. Very helpfull and friendly staff, we travelled with a toddler and they did everything to make it comfortable. We could have a late check-out because our baby had to do his nap, they changed dates because our toddler went sick on our cruise in halong bay... Very good breakfast, clean rooms and very nice location, nearby the lake. On the contrary of previous reviews, we had a quiet room and slept good. We recommend this accomodation very much.
